Choose one of the following two options.
Option 1: text-based composition
Look again at the text ‘Is it time to give up on cash?’ on page 94 of the course book.
“In our bright, shiny, plastic, cashless society maybe things are not as wonderful as we think they are” (part of the final paragraph on page 94).
Explain the quote above in relation to the whole text of Is it time to give up on cash?, and comment on the advantages and disadvantages of a cashless society.
Option 2: Composition
“Money doesn’t cause problems or crime. It is people’s attitude to money that is the big problem.” Discuss.
