You should never disagree during meetings. Everybody ought to ac- cept the other persons’ views and at the end of the meeting they should agree.
It’s all right to disagree sometimes. But I think too much disagree- ment makes people angry and then a lot of time is wasted.
Disagreeing helps to find new solutions. Things don’t move if every- body avoids disagreement and some loud arguing is not a problem.
