Conditions for new business centre project in Germany
Thank you for keeping us up-to-date with your recent newsletter which has just
reached us at the right moment.
One of our main customers contacted us three months ago with an enquiry about
setting up serviced offices in Germany. The project has now progressed to the stage
that we are looking for a furniture supplier.
To give you a brief overview of the scope: We need to furnish 3 floors of the building
with 5 large open-plan offices for around 100 staff each. There will be 3 meetings
rooms with a capacity of 15 on each floor, as well as 3 executive suites and possibly
a video conferencing room on the top floor. I enclose a copy of the layout and a list
with approximate furniture requirements.
The customer prefers light modern furniture, preferably with wood veneer rather
than laminate worktops. Could you provide us with details on the type of wood used
in your Primo range? Would you be willing to offer desktops in other colours, ac-
cording to our customer's specification which we could provide?
We would also need further details about the swivel chairs that you can supply, es-
pecially whether these have height-adjustable armrests. The offices will be decorat-
ed in shades of blue and the chair fabric would need to fit in. The pictures on your
website show only black chairs. Would you be able to supply other colours? It would
be helpful if you could send us samples showing your range of fabrics.
Our customer believes in responsible sourcing of materials and will only consider
suppliers that have appropriate credentials. I seem to remember that you have rele-
vant certificates and could supply copies if required.
As this is a large-scale project, we would appreciate it if you could offer us favour-
able conditions and discounts.
